At Assumption Church

The Altar Rosary Society sponsors the annual Jesse Tree at Assumption Church. Christmas gifts go to Cardinal McClosky Children’s Services.  They ask for unwrapped presents.  More details for the Assumption Jesse Tree, including suggested gifts for each age group, are posted.

There is a separate Jesse Tree Ministry at Immaculate Conception Church.  Gifts are collected for children and adults less fortunate than ourselves. These groups include homes for battered women, unwed mothers, women in transition, children and grandchildren of prisoners, the homeless, senior citizens and families in need. The gifts are be distributed to thirteen parishes and agencies located primarily in the Bronx and lower Westchester County.  More details for the Immaculate Conception Jesse Tree Ministry are posted.
