Twice a month, we prepare meals for the Hope Soup Kitchen in New Rochelle. Our parish is assigned the second Wednesday and the third Tuesday of each month. Each person prepares food for up to fifteen people. Aluminum containers are available at the rectory porch for entrees.
Please leave meals in the rectory porch on the assigned date no later than 2:30 PM. They are picked up by 2:45 PM. For more information, please call the rectory at 961-3643 or Kathy at 337-3356.

Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breast Halves (cubed or ground) 2 cans White Beans (cannellini) 1 can (15 oz) Chicken Broth 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 medium onion, chopped 1 can jalapeño peppers, chopped 3/4 teaspoon oregano 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon cumin 1/8 teaspoon cloves 1/2 cup red pepper
Directions:
Sauté first 6 ingredients until chicken starts to cook through.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked completely through.
