The Bible has many human authors because it has many books, each with it's own author. The bible is divided into two parts: The Old Testament: contains the history and traditions of the Chosen People (Jews) before the birth of Jesus. The New Testament: contains those books written after the coming of Jesus. They were written between 40 and 100 A.D. and they tell of the life of Jesus and the history of the early Church. |
